Those who have not purchased the book should understand that I've taken the time to write a complete instruction manual and have placed all of my frequently asked questions on my site, so for me to continually answer the same questions via
email over and over is not a good way to spend my time.
Its worth noting that 99% of questions I receive from non-readers are available on this website and described in greater detail in the book.
Those who do have the book not only benefit from having a hard copy of the book but also the ability to correspond with me. I answer ALL questions from my readers. A interesting observation I've made over the years is the fact that my actual readers have very few of the commonly asked questions. Primarily their questions have to do with projects from the book, or just general correspondence to say hello and show off their tank.
